1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Glint-Connections. By signing up you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or delete any account that we believe belongs to a minor.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

3. Acceptable use

Don't harass, threaten, impersonate, or share content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove content and terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Location and glints

Glint-Connections matches people who marked overlapping glints. You control the visibility of each glint. Sharing approximate location is core to the product; if you don't want to share it, don't create public glints.

5. Content

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, uptime, or that the service will be error-free.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, handle, date of birth.
• Profile info you choose to add: photo, bio, attributes.
• Glint data: approximate location, time window, visibility.
• Usage and device data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate the matching service, verify eligibility (18+), send transactional emails you've enabled, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We don't sell your personal data.

Sharing

Other users see what your privacy settings allow (profile, public glints, messages you send). Service providers process data on our behalf under contract.

Your rights

You can access, edit, or delete your data from Settings, or by emailing support@glint-connections.com. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion as needed for legal and operational purposes.
